Job vacancy :
Business Development Associate

  • Establish a marketing plan by developing strategies, objectives, action plans, schedules, and assignments. Forecasts projected business by identifying, researching, and tracking key projects or market sectors and applying probabilities of success.
  • Manage the entire sales process for all business leads.
  • Work with management to develop sales/marketing strategies and to penetrate new markets.
  • Identifies and assesses opportunities and understands their requirements. Identify competitors and their share/advantages/weaknesses.
  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
  • Lead meetings with clients and partners; working with Operations Leads, prepare and deliver presentations on service offerings highlighting value proposition and potential terms and conditions.
  • Continue to provide support as required and requested during the preparations of responses to Requests for Proposals.
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports and improve future sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Reports progress/sales analysis to senior management.
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Wechat, Snapchat and etc.
  • Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
  • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page, and blog content, or social media messages.

Basic Requirements:

  • One to Two Years of Experience with Business Development or Sales Management is a strong asset, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Strong project management or organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok etc.) and how they can be deployed.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
  • Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly.
  • Public relations, marketing, sales, community management experience.
  • Willing to learn and grow.
  • Professional manner and a winning attitude.

  • Demonstrates our customer service commitment (smiling, offering a friendly greeting, learning customers’ names and orders) in each interaction.
  • Actively listens to customers by remaining present and working in assigned position to build customer confidence and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Proudly develops expertise in making drinks while diligently maintaining equipment and the store environment.
  • Follows standard work methods and guidelines by working in assigned positions and routines.
  • Manages and maintains the workflows of the store; monitors and instructs store’s team members to work.
  • Schedules tam members’ working hours to maintain the store’s daily operation.
  • Performs inventory management and products quality control.
  • Demonstrates to adapt in fast pace working environment and to have excellent knowledge of our products from time to time.

Basic Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills, fluency in other language is an asset

  • Have a good sense of teamwork, a positive work attitude, long-term stability
  • Flexible to be able to work on weekends and holidays
  • Customer service experience in the catering industry is an asset, training will be provided
  • Food Handler Certificate is preferred
